Simple job, but we had HandyLions replace the batteries in a beeping smoke detector. Then we ended up having him adjust the temperature on our hot water heater, light the pilot light on our furnace, patch a hole in drywall, secure a bookshelf to the wall, install a light fixture, & fix several cabinet doors whose hinges were loose because the screws had stripped the wood out. Totally fair on price, and top-quality workmanship, every time we've had them back for different projects.
